How do I access my account?

Click "Sign In" at the top right.

Enter your email address. You can either:

  • Request a sign-in link (no password needed)

  • Enter your password

How do I reset my password?

On the Sign In page:

  1. Click "Sign in with password"

  2. Click "Set new password"

  3. Enter your email

  4. Click "Send Instructions"

Check your email for the reset link. Click "Reset Password" and create a new password.


Tip: Use the "Sign-In Link" option on the login page to skip passwords entirely.

How do I access all Le Sweat TV workouts?

Sign in → click "Home" at the top → browse all workouts.

Can I download workouts to save them to my phone/tablet/laptop?

Laptop: Videos are streaming-only and can't be downloaded to your device

.

Mobile devices: You can save videos for offline playback - watch without internet.

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?

Check your internet connection - you need at least 25 Mbps for smooth streaming.

  • Try a different browser

  • Clear your cache

  • Download for offline playback (mobile app only)

Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address?

No - one email, one account.


Already have an account but can't remember your login? Use the "Forgot Password" link.

How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?

Profile (top right) → Purchases → End Membership → pause or cancel.


Who can pause:
Monthly web subscribers only


Who can only cancel:
Mobile subscribers, annual subscribers, quarterly subscribers

How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?

Sign in → Profile (top right) → Purchases.


To change your plan:
Click "Manage Plan" under Membership → choose new plan.


To update payment info:
Click "Change Payment Method" under Payment Method → enter new details.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Your card might be blocked for online purchases. Contact your credit card company to approve the transaction.


Note: Some cards don't allow recurring subscriptions and will be declined automatically.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?

Scroll to the bottom of any page → click "Buy a Gift Card" in the footer.


Sign in (or create an account) → choose subscription or bundle → select duration → complete payment.


You'll get a confirmation email with a gift code and shareable link to send your recipient.

How do I redeem a gift subscription?

Click the link from the gift sender - it'll automatically apply the gift to your account.


Don't have an account? You'll be prompted to create one.

What is the Refund Policy?

Subscription renewals are not refundable. Make sure to cancel before your billing date if you don't want to renew.


New to Le Sweat? If you're not happy within 14 days of your first charge, email support@le-sweat.com and we'll review your request.


Annual members: Cancelled within 7 days of renewal? We may be able to refund - email support@le-sweat.com.
